Hello everyone, I would like to know what is the best spot to do wedgies in public? and why?

Hi there! Been trying to do meets for ash now with no luck so I just want to to a head count of people actually interested in doing a fun wedgie meet up in my area. I’m in both Cedar Park close to Austin Tx and San Marcos tx. I’m a nerd who wears tighty whities and loves to get wedgied whenever. I also know how to give a decent wedgie as well. Hoping to find an older bearded Bear who loves to give nerds like me wedgies. PM if interested, I do exchange pics as well.

I'm wondering if anyone has tips on how to pull off an atomic wedgie by oneself?  I know it'd be easier with another but I don't have anyone...haha. But anywho, I haven't ever been able to get my undies all the way up there quite yet so am hoping someone more skilled than me could help me out a bit?
