i have wanted to give myself an atomic wedgie, i wear briefs but they always rip before reaching my head, would sports briefs be good for that kind of wedgie?

Not sure about sports briefs specifically, but I've heard good things about microfiber, or try looking for ones with a high spandex content. Alternatively, you could just go with a few sizes too big.
