1) What type of wedgie should I give myself. (Limits: Boxer briefs and no messy)
2) How long should I stay in the Wedgie (max. 10 min per wedgie)
3) Any Tipps to maximize the pain I get from the wedgie.
4) I have an internal boundary that just won't let me pull harder, but I want to. If there was another person, I would tell her to pull harder, but I just can't . I want to be in more pain. Any Tipps or person experience to overcome this internal limit?
I hope you can answer these questions in a way my butt won't be thankful for.
