I personally use Uniqlo briefs in size 3XL, but I'm only about 5'10"-ish. They might still work for you, or you might want to try some 5XL briefs from Hanes or Fruit of the Loom or one of those other cheap brands. You can usually get the larger sizes on their websites, or you could try Amazon since they have basically everything.
