Bali extra-firm briefs are always on sale. The 3XL and 3XL-Large Plus are the same. I can do a full cocoon wedgie with them, along with an atomic wedgie, and I'm 6'2". The only downside is that they are extremely tight, so be careful with the snapback when getting out of a cocoon or atomic wedgie.
2) No Boundaries Micro Brief Panty, Women’s and Women’s Plus, 3XL sizes

These are super cheap and you can order them online through Walmart—costs about $2.50. The size 3XL ones are the best. These can stretch over my head (I’m 6'2"). They might rip a little, but they mostly maintain their shape. Definitely good for beginners, especially for a few bucks.
3) Zonbailion and Macober
You mentioned the cotton Zonbailion briefs on the spreadsheet, but I wanted to add that the nylon/spandex mix ones are very good for stretch—especially the Macober briefs made of 84% nylon and 16% spandex.

Mainly go for the three Macober colors: blue, black, and pink. All of them can easily stretch over anyone’s head, and the waistband snaps easily into place after an atomic wedgie. They used to be sold on AliExpress, but tariffs caused them to be taken down. Amazon still sells them, and you can surely find them elsewhere.
Zonbailion briefs are hit or miss. The orange nylon/spandex ones are almost always good enough for atomics—3XL sizes for all of them.
Besides these three, a lot of good underwear has been discontinued and isn’t on sale at the moment. It's been over a year or two, and it's been pretty bad trying to find good underwear for atomic wedgies. The Bali extra-firm briefs have been consistently on sale, so if you want a fun pair of underwear just to have, go for them.
The absolute best underwear for easy atomic wedgies that do not hurt at all and can be used as a parlor trick for a fast, simple, easy atomic, shoulder, or frontal wedgie is the Rhonda Shear Women's Seamless Lightweight Brief. These briefs are legendary—only the sizes 1X and 3X, but 3X is the absolute best.
These have so much stretch to them it's insane, and they do not hurt to wear. In fact, they are super comfortable. However, everyone bought them out, and it’s been over half a year since they said they’d restock on their main website or Amazon—so who knows when they’ll come back.
I highly recommend anyone grab at least one 3X pair when they return!
Thanks for the suggestions! The Zonballion briefs I did include on the spreadsheets were the nylon/spandex ones, though they were the white ones and I didn’t test any other ones. I’m more interested in men’s cut in white over other colors and cuts, but I’m definitely considering expanding my search in the future if there aren’t any other promising brands out there.
I really recommend checking out Men’s Skims Cotton. Right now there’s a sale for a 3 pack of white briefs for only $24, and sizes go up to 5XL. At 5’11”, I’ve gotten consistent atomics with XL and they fit like normal briefs on me (I’m ~235lb). Otherwise, I think Wirapa is gold standard right now for the price point and the size.
