Omegle but for wedgies

So I've had this idea for a couple years but I completely forgot about it. So my idea is basically a website that's like Omegle or CamSurf but for wedgies. I know people will use it because there's tons of vids of people doing wedgies on those sites.

I dont know much about making a website that's why I haven't done it myself. Hopefully someone on here knows how to!
