Different hanging technique

Resistance bands aren't really made to hold weight and bounce, I've had a few snap with just basic dangling because they get brittle with age and stretch out when put under more tension than they are made for. Bungee cords are basically the same thing but are easier to find for higher loads.

Pup Sprout over on Bluesky has been using extension/tension springs to get that amazing bounce in his videos. Springs are made to return force placed on them, hence why they will bounce. Sprout will use two springs in two point suspension that seems really stable. I haven't tried it out myself yet because the cost of springs made strong enough for my standards are pretty pricey, but they are something I'm hoping to play with soon. Hope this helps.
