Different hanging technique

Lately I've taken to recycling my torn off waistbands (as I have many) and using them as bungees. I think the elastic works pretty well to keep some pressure on the wedgie, as long as its still stretchy and not worn out.

My setup is basically a waistband thrown around a sturdy bar in the closet with the other part of the waistband wrapped around a tennis ball or something in my undies. Stand on a chair and jump or just dangle by tiptoe. Pretty simple, no need to really tie anything, and definitely gives a firm wedgie.

Would love to know others' results if anyone tries this!
